shit i wish lol
i didnt bench 300- mind u which wasnt my bdw at the time, till i was a senior in HS, i hit the sloppiest 305 EVER, i was abt 365 when i graduated. lol
i was a shoulder and leg man back then
but by the time i turned 22 my best gym lift was 705
so in what 4yrs i put 2.25x on my bench
lol
not really healthy when i look back but whatev
