This is my routine:

Late AM:

6 Sets Bench Press (2 Warm up) Smith Machine
3 Sets Shoulder Press
3 Sets Upright Rows
3 Sets Bench Press Free Weights
3 Sets Incline Bench Press
3 Sets Dumbell Flyes
6 Sets Lat Pulldown (Underhand Grip)
3 Sets Lat Pulldown (Close Grip)
3 Sets Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip)
3 Sets Cable Row
Just remember its not about how long you work out, its about the quality of the training session. Keep a mind set in the gym to destroy the muscle groups your working. I think trying to do more then 3 muscle groups in one work out your going to miss the mark on every group you train because you cannot dedicate a true amount of time to one group to give it the attention it needs to grow.
