12 weeks out

Start DNP on monday, doing 2 weeks to start but probably another week after that, 125mg daily for the first 1-2 days then gonna increase it to 250mg all the way through.

Pulling carbs a little bit too but replacing the calories with fats (Won't need to drop calories whilst on DNP)

Cardio going up to 45 mins daily, on top of my job and walking to the gym and back it should take me to 14000 to 16000 steps daily, i'll always do the cardio in the morning upon waking, the rest is just "convenient cardio"
