I know in my area I got extension on unemployment and got school paid for since they said my job was lost due to "over-sea'" competition and/or out-sourcing. I think that is the criteria needed in PA. Normally u get 6 months un-employment and they send you to career-link to find you a new job. Plus, I believe it has to be a short term training. I went and got my CDL license and training in heavy equipment. I dont have a job now that is in that field but shit, Ill take almost 30k to pay for anything
