Thank you for your response.... again I understand and can just imagine some of the crazies that run thru these boards. And again thank you to everyone that gave some feedback. I am not in the position to make my friend do anything or stop her from doing what she decides. I can only give her my opinion if and when she asks....... I have not noticed any other sides happening and she says she is keeping a close eye on herself. She is pretty independent and has been training for a long time. Over 25 years so I know she is in tune with her body.
