5 months progress

never posted pics before.. i guess because i have never been a fan of my physique

i still have much work to do, but i am proud of the changes i have made over the past 5 months. i hired a trainer (not one from here, so i won't post info about him to try and keep to the rules) kind of on a whim and it really has been about starting over.

i have completely relearned to train and eat, and have improved my health greatly. i really do feel excellent and i finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. the goal wasn't really weight loss or weight gain, but more physique transformation.

anyways, here they are, the white trunks are from May 11 (257lbs) and the black ones are from Oct 11 (247lbs):

thanks all, i definitely plan on sticking with the program and keeping my mind open. the biggest thing for me was to just be open and listen to someone else. it was actually very refreshing to not have to think but rather take direction.

hey lycan, i'm almost 6'2". takes a while to fill out this frame!
