Hey there guys! Welcome to the blog/log that I am writing about for Mao Labs. First off, a little bit about me. Currently, my stats are 5’10 185Lbs. Yesterday (3-29-18) marked the 7th week since my shoulder surgery to repair my torn labrum and a few other things.
Leading up to my surgery, for roughly 10years, I stood anywhere between 190 and 210lbs. The day prior to surgery I weighed in at 192lbs. I had a pretty good idea of what my deficits and atrophy would be like. Me being a lefty, my left arm always sat at 18inches flexed or a bit more and the right about .2inches smaller. My legs measured anywhere between 25.5in to 26inches. My back and lats, those are the largest muscle for me and also the strongest. The only measurement I have for my back is the tape measure around my chest and lats(lats semi relaxed) and it was 52inches. Obviously my chest alone isn’t 52inches so I guess do the equation? (Will post up lat spread before and after).

After the surgery, I suffered several pretty nasty setbacks. 72hrs post surgery, I woke up with 27lbs of edema that came on outta no where. Went straight to the ER and was admitted overnight and put on lasiks. Thankfully my body responded well and over the course of 4-5days, I expelled just about all the excess fluid. (Will post up pics of said edema).
Two Weeks later, while getting myself onto the transport shuttle(couldn’t drive yet from surg) the door slammed shut courteous of 40mph gusts of winds and slammed my shoulder and head into the doorframe of the shuttle. I wound up having a massive amount of fluid build up along my AC joint and bicep tendon. They wound up not draining it due to me having a heightened risk for infection. The fluid took about 7days to clear up.

The reason I am writing all this is to give you guys a better understanding of me and why I am doing this cycle. This cycle is just as much for injury recovery as it is for strength/endurance training. I will be running T400 and EQ at 600mg/wk for 16wks. NPP 100mg EOD for the first 6wks. Then tren ace 80mg EOD for weeks 7-14 and Masteron prop 100mg EOD for wks 7-16. To complement the AAS, I will also be running growth at 2.5-3IU a day. The goal here is simple. Try and heal several chronic injuries(haven’t listed them yet) and to maximize the potential for strength and endurance training. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and I look forward to posting day 0 here shortly!!

Hey guys. So I forgot to mention one very important piece. I will be doing labs on Mao’s T400 and also his blue top growth and his Genotropin 36iu cartridge.
I had my labs drawn prior to starting his T400. I unfortunately became suppressed due to a dropped vial and no backup. Had to wait for the packages to arrive. So here is my test level. Sitting at a lovely 95. I will be getting my labs drawn either end of this week or beginning of nxt to be sure that the T400 has time to kick in. Also, I will be doing this lab with zero other compounds. Strictly Mao’s T400. Once they’re drawn, then I’ll add the rest to my cycle and actually “start” counting the weeks.
Once the growth arrives, I will do a serum test on Mao’s blue tops, and also his Pfizer genotropin cartridge. I’m personally very excited to see what the genos will come back with. I’m expecting his blue tops to be somewhere in the low 20s. His genotropin though, I have zero idea and am very anxious to find out.

Day 0

Hey guys. So Friday I injected 1ML of T400 and I was amazed at how smooth it went in. I’ve never ran T400 before so this is my first. I was surprisingly pleased the following day with the bit of a kick I got from the prop that’s in it. I’m sure a lot of what I’m feeling is just my brain being super pleased to finally have Test back in its body since my labs were 95 prior to injecting the T400. Not quite sure what the average time is for it to kick in but I definitely feel something inside me. Woke up way more focused and have a ton more energy today.

Today is also my first day of training with the T400. Due to my shoulder surgery, I’m still limited with what I can train and how I can train it. If it wasn’t for repeated back to back complications, I’m sure I’d be further ahead. Either way though, I’m playing it smart and taking my time.

With this cycle, my diet is going to be obviously the biggest part.(especially since training is limited). Something I hadn’t posted in my intro, but a few weeks back, I was hospitalized and discharged on the 6th day. I won’t get into why but I will say 3of those days were in ICU. During those 6days, my weight dropped to an all time low of in the 170s. That was due to not being able to eat or drink. I couldn’t keep anything in me. If it wasn’t for receiving 2mg dilaudid every 2hrs, I’m pretty sure I woulda flipped when I saw my weight that low. That being said, today I’m happy to announce my weight is FINALLY up to 188. Although it’s still not what I was prior to surgery, this is a great victory for me. (You guys gotta keep in mind I’m not a bodybuilder like most of you. More an endurance and strength “athlete” per say?

My diet is pretty simple. Macros are as follows: 310g protein, 250g carbs, 60g fats. This is broken down into usually 6meals. I keep my sodium to a minimum and the only sugar I intake comes from fresh fruit. I alternate weekly for my protein source. One week it’s chicken breast, the next is beef. Usually top round steak and 93/7 ground beef. Every morning though, I cook up 5eggs with 3pieces of center cut bacon(my lil bit of deliciousness).

Now onto my workout today. I decided to superset my biceps and triceps and finished strong with shoulders. I did 5sets of rope push downs and rope bicep curls. The next super set was 5sets triangle push downs with straight bar bicep curls. I finished with 4sets isolated single arm bicep curls on the cables. I will say, my shoulder feels so much better than a few weeks ago. My therapist had given me the green light to do single arm on the cables now so I’m pretty stoked for that. Still not able to do chest but that’ll come soon enough. Not trying to rush it. It felt really good being able to do a few more exercises today. My shoulder was kept tightly in place with form obviously being 110%. I expect a little soreness tomorrow as these muscles are still coming back to life.

Obviously, I know this log is going to be rather boring for yall to read for the first couple weeks as I’m still reintegrating myself with the gym. At the end of the week/beginning of next, I will get my labs drawn to see where my test is at. Once the draw is complete, I will be adding NPP and EQ to my stack as I’m very excited to get the medical benefits from each of them. Well, I hope y’all have a nice rest of the day.
Until tomorrow,
RLTW

Here are two shots from yesterday. Obviously I’m aware I’m fully clothed. Until I figure out how to hide my identifying markers, this is all it’s gonna be. But at least you can get an idea of my body type. I’ll post some back and leg ones later on

Dude, still you still look solid after the surgery and what you've had to go through. Definitely still carrying a solid foundation to build of off.

Hey guys. Sorry for the delay in posting. Didn’t have much to notate until I trained arms again yesterday. I really hope this week in therapy I will start push and pull exercises. My shoulder is feeling so much better now. The range of motion is almost back to where I was prior to surgery. There’s definitely some pain still left but it’s much more manageable.

I can definitely feel the T400 kickin in. It was a very nice subtle shift and now it seems to be in full effect. The pumps are much more intense and the feeling of being “on” is definitely here. My girlfriend can notice it too. Damn near 4x a day I’m wanting to have some “fun time” lol. I’m scared to take maos cialis! LoL. My weight now has reached 190. I was through the roof when that number showed on the scale. It’s a great feeling when you can actually see and track yourself working (and succeeding) to get back to where you were before. The mental effects from the increased testosterone have also been amazing. My mood has been much more “elevated”. I’m not all negative and pissy as my gf says. I have much more energy and a “pep in my step”. Those are all things I love about being on cycle, be that a blast or a simple cruise. Either way, my brain and body love that feeling.

Yesterday’s workout went surprisingly well in terms of strength. I’ve jumped up 15-20lbs on my 4 arm exercises. I’m keeping my reps between 15-21 with moderately heavy weight. I see no need in lower reps and heavier weight. My muscles seem to respond better to this type of training. I just can’t seem to get as good of a pump and the feelings that go along with it, after doing the lower reps heavier weight method. Deadlifts and squats are the only two exercises I do that are in the 4-8rep range.

Labs have been ordered for test levels as well as hgh serum test. So early this week I will be doing this. Not quite sure how long it takes for results, but rest assured, when I get them, they will be posted ASAP, regardless of what the numbers are. I’m very excited for the serum test, as I hope and expect the number will be around 20?

Anyways, I’ll be writing up today’s workout later this evening. I’ll be training back and shoulder. Hope everyone has a nice Sunday!

Thanks for the kind words bro! I’m definitely responding well and regaining my old size and frame!

4/9s workout

Hey guys. I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Yesterday (4/9) i pinned another cc of T400 and once again, ZERO pip! This stuff is super fking smooth. Every time I pin it, I repeatedly thnk you know what that muh glutes aren’t knotted to where I’m walking like a sticks shoved up my ass out my throat lol.

Well today, I was finally able to grip the bar behind me for squats. Let me just tell you how great that felt since I have only been able to do plate weighted air squats since my surgery. It felt very foreign doing this movement. It’s crazy what 8wks can do to ya!

Anyways, I started off with 135 and wow, talk about stabilizer muscles being rebooted. I kept the workout relatively light and did high volume. No sense overdoing it. I kept my reps between 15-21 and limited rest between sets to 45-60seconds. I managed to do a total of 5sets with the heaviest being 185. I know I know, nothing fancy or super heavy, but hey, this is about injury recovery anyways! Not trying to set any world records lol. After I did my squats, I did weighted lunges back and fourth on my driveway. I did these with 25lb plates(don’t have dumbbells that are this weight). Since I have been doing lunges since surgery, I was ok with going to failure.

Since this is a garage type workout, I don’t have the luxury of having leg extensions and curls and all that fancy stuff. Squat bar, plates, tire and sledgehammer is what this cycle will consist of. I will post several pics showing what the gym looks like. It’s a badass valor fitness system with a power rack, lat pull down, seated row, and bench. Dual adjustable height cables as well. (This was a gift from my girlfriend)
Here’s a couple shots I took over The Weekend. You can see the atrophy is improving on my shoulder.

definitely looking fuller bro. You got everything you need for the basics in your gym, and the convenience of having it right there.

Thanks bro! Yeh I really can’t complain with my setup. It’s not like I’m trying to win any shows lol. This and my tire and sled is all I need.

Hey guys. So I got a little behind the past several days. Had TherowdyRanger come into town for a few days. So now that he’s gone, I can spend some time catching up.

As for as my lifting, well I was given the green light by my physical therapist to do rows and a few other exercises. Still can’t do lat pull down, but doing rows really is all I need. I’ve always had a strong thick back. My back workout now consists of seated row, very light barbell rows, and isolated lat pulls. I’ve noticed over the last week my strength has really shot up. My lifts continue to improve and my “freedom” continues to expand. Overall, I’m very pleased with my recovery. I will be super excited tho, when I can start doing push movements with my chest. I’m fairly certain this’ll happen sometime this week. One can only hope lol.

After starting the bpc157, I’ve noticed the tendinitis in my bicep tendon has lessened and improved. This stuff is seriously the miracle drug haha. Combine that with my growth, I’m sure my shoulder will be 110% here in the coming weeks. I’m one full week into running the growth. If random bouts of lethargy is any sign it’s working, then yeh, we’re good to go. I’ve also noticed that anastrozole works much quicker than aramosin in terms of reducing bloat. I’m curious if others have similar experiences?

Here’s a couple pics of my progress and one of myself and rowdyranger getting a lift in.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Thanks bro!!! Definitely feeling much more full. Muscle firmness has really improved!!!

Hey guys.
Sorry for the lack of logging the past couple days. Been hectic getting back into the swing of things.
I took the last few days off to give my shoulder a much needed break. It was starting to ache again so figured I’d play it safe.

Yesterday I trained arms. This was by far the most painful arm workout since being on cycle. Lol. The pumps were down right nauseating. Can’t tell if it’s the npp or hgh but either way, holy shit! My weights increased by 10lbs for bicep curls. I’m still limited with what exercises I can train. Soon enough tho I will be able to add more. No sense rushing it and risk injury. I woke up this morning with a rather sore spine. (Have a spinal injury that I’m praying gets better with hgh). I’m really hoping the growth will fix it entirely or at least lessen the severity and pain.

Speaking of growth, I’m starting to notice little side effects since I entered week 2. When taking 2ius at bedtime, my sleep has improved rather nicely. I think I may switch my morning 1iu to bedtime as well and just do one 3iu shot. My sleep has always been crappy so I’m hoping this helps.

I’m very excited now that labs are complete, as this means it’s time for NPP and EQ!! I know eq takes a bit of time to kick in. However, the Npp, shit I can feel that 24-36hrs later. Stuff is no joke. I absolutely love Npp for several reasons. 1) keeps my joints lubricated withOUT the bloat from its long estered cousin. And 2) the strength gains in a short time period are down right phenomenal.

Well I will post up my lab results as soon as I get them back from directlabs.com
No matter if they are good or bad, you guys will know what’s up. My serum test was done at the 3hr 8minute mark. Until nxt time guys.

Hey guys.
Yesterday I decided to hit legs at a new gym down the road. Don’t get me wrong, I love my garage set up. But there’s something about super setting leg extensions and leg curls haha. I decided to do 5sets of hack squats, keeping the reps between 12-15. That was my heavy lift. After completing that, I moved onto leg extensions and leg curls. I did 5sets each keeping the reps between 15-20. I’ve found keeping the time between sets at 40seconds really gives my legs an insane pump. Anyways, after that, I finished with 4 sets of calf raises with reps between 20-25.

Yesterday and today, I can really feel the Npp doin its thing. I’ve had a constant pump in all my muscles all day. I hit the scale and was pleasantly surprised that I have gained over 10lbs thus far into my cycle! I know I’m holding a lil bit of water from the Npp, but nothing to crazy. My joints feel a good bit more lubed and smooth. It’s a rather nice feeling especially in my shoulder. Between the Npp and growth, my shoulder seems to be doin a lot better. I can’t wait to see what Next week will bring me with the growth kickin in a bit more each day.

Hey guys.
I hopped on the scale first thing this morning. Pleased to announce I’m up 13.5lbs since starting this cycle. I realize I’m holding a bit of water. It’s not much though. I’m bloated more from the t400 than with past blasts with sustanon. However, I was expecting this since every time in the past that I ran cyp, I’d bloat pretty bad. I’m countering it with anastrozole every other day. This bulk is going better than I had expected. This Npp is no joke. It’s done wonders on my joints as well. I was planning on bulking for the first 10weeks then cut/recomp for the following 10wks. The way things are goin now, I may end my bulk sooner than expected lol. Gains are ahead of schedule!! I posted two pics from yesterday. You can see the growth in my shoulders compared to the last set of photos posted.

I ordered several kits of BPC157 and TB500 from mao. Can’t wait to get these into my system. I used bpc several weeks ago for my shoulder. Noticed great results. Decided since it worked so well that I’d fire on Mao’s bpc and Tb. You guys should check out his new updated list. The prices he has listed for these two peptides are much cheaper than most research chem sites. I took advantage of the pricing and ordered 20vials of bpc LoL. With all my injuries over the years, this stuff is like crack mixed with gold haha.

Myself and TheRowdyRanger will be posting a separate log on the peptide experience here shortly. We figure between the two of us, the amount of injuries we’ve suffered, these peptides could definitely benefit our health and recovery. If they help us, then maybe they can help others going thru the motions like the two of us.

Cheers guys!

Hey guys.
Yesterday, I could REALLY feel the growth doin it’s thang. I woke up with a full pump, on zero carbs, and my waist/lower abdominal area was noticeably more dry and tight. Throughout the entire day, I had a constant pump in my arms that just wouldn’t go away. I decided to take advantage and smash arms. My god, the pump I got from training em was insane. Towards the end, it seriously felt like my skin was about to tear. I actually made a mental note of this, mid set lol. Even after my lift, my arms stayed pump throughout the night. Vascularity was also MUCH more noticeable too throughout the day and night.

This morning, I woke up thinking my arms would be a bit depleted from the training yesterday. I was wrong. Vascularity and pump is still in effect. My mid section is also tighter and more dry. I know a few guys on here PMd me asking if Maos growth dried me out or bloated me. Well, it’s definitely drying me out. I’m going to train legs today. Can’t wait to see what my body will feel like during and post workout.

Side Note**
My shoulder continues to recover. I forget what week I’m at post op now. I’ve started doing very light press movements, along with lateral raises. Still very weak but it’s not causing to much pain, more so tightness. It felt amazing in therapy yesterday doing cables for my chest. Thankfully the growth and bpc157 have really helped, along with tb500. I ordered more of the chems from Mao so I can continue with this dosing protocol. I’ll be posting a seperate log with rowdyranger, documenting our injuries and how these two chems are helping us. Very glad Mao carries them now.
