Just wondering if any of you rely on this for recovery or reducing inflammation. Several of my non bodybuilding friends rely on these indica or sativa hybrids for reducing stress, relieving anxiety, etc etc. For the first 34 yrs of my life I didn't smoke marijuana in any way shape or form, but I bought into a lot of the propaganda. CBD blends really seem like something that is helping a ton of people and I just kind of want to learn more from people who may have discovered how to best utilize it.
ill be honest with you bro, at first i was gona give you my typical snooty bandwagon speech, then i thought for a second.
the reality for me is "can" is one of if not THE MOST important supplements i take.
testosterone and "can" are both required for me to have a semi functional existence.
many know of the horrors of low test and what a difference a simple adjustment in that dpt can be. truly when used with respect and care i feel fare to say a life changing drug.
the same is true for can and its various components.
while i think what is available to most for a true cdb product is not really what you want and there is much hype around high cdb ill share a lil of my thoughts.
high cdb herb to me at first kinda feels like weed lite.
then particularly if indica there is a bit more body component.
i see it as a blah thing but only because it is sorta similar to the effect of lots of mid grade sativa type herb minus a lil something.
all have heard me yap on dose but thats the key to getting the more supplemental health type effects i think. you need to get the amt of cannabinoids up and that is not done by smoking. ( for the most part

most smoke n tap out when they "feel"
that feel is largely attributed to cb1 and thc.
high cdb doesnt have that so much, just more body.
by saturating the system you overload the cb1 receptor as it doesnt clear.
by doing that you largely take away that "feel" or physcadelic component. this is where the cdb action comes from in shitty low content weed.
as with most things, if you do ENOUGH you will get there.

in truth brother. the science is not there to provide the ins and out of why!
i have all sorts of suspicions having to do with endocanabinoid system and how that can come into play in both stress response and response to training.
that part is a lil newer. the feeling of runners high is now more attributed to endocanabinoid activity then the original ideas.
for me activity has always had a strong corralation to sanity. lol

i love to quote the patent the us govt holds on canabinoids, they hold it ( them ) as neuroprotective agents!
they protect the brain!
that is the bassis of what we are getting to "know"
we know that canabinoids kill mutated cells. we know cancer is the result of mutated cells.
what we do know, thanks to the inflated prices and artificial value that prohibition has lead to. is that generally ppl are unable to experiment with what i think are the doses we see more medicinal power come from because those doses are financially out of reach for most.
socially we have the learned value of the change in perception rather then potential for other or medicinal value. clearly this is changing.
you see what a tuff sale it is telling a "pot smoker" you want that change to go away, in order to get to the good stuff. lol

another big reason i choose this over more traditional meds is that in general and for the most part "can" doesnt mess with dopamine n serotonin too much.
these are the "problematic" chems for those with other "disorders" or mental issues.
i think a lot of ppl here prob have some issues with them. lol
"can" is great because it can help relax and or deal with anxiety without playing on those, thus negating all the potential issue the normal psyc meds come with.
a big part is learning to use this stuff as a medication and not a fun fun activity. intent, learning and trying to apply are all key components.

while i have eliminated that side effect if i am unable to have "can" eating can be harder, if i am without and start for sure it can be there.
choosing your canabinoid components is how you can detail things to your direct desires or needs, in legal fantasy land.
in other parts of the real world.
take enough and you can accomplish pretty much anything! lol
