i really hoped you would say that becouse i am following that protocal. it didnt seem to make since to inject days apart. thanks again for all your help and writing such a awesome faq about this stuff. so far i am loving it other than the soreness.

i went thru the 30 day protocol for biceps and was successful.
my arms went from 16 1/2 inches to 18 1/2. its been two weeks into maintanance, the inflamation went down and i am holding 18 inches. i am very pleased this time as i hit a nerve last go around and had to abandon the protocol half way thru. i will stay on maintanance for 6 weeks and repeat. i am looking forward to hitting 20 inches. that would be amazing.

well for me i started at eighteen inches and i am looking to get at least nineteen all said and done any thing past that would be freakin awesome. i will update i am on day four now.

i am slightly confused on the protocal for the the six weeks. 3ml per head per arm. how does that work like one week you do the upper, next week middle, next week lower or is it 1ml per head? like you inject 1ml in each head of the bicep for the six weeks?

im on day 11 ( biceps only), just started 2 ml yesterday and im up 1'' and 1/4 ..and yeah , im natty, dieting ,DC and cardio 7 days a week...will post pics later on

Two ways:

1 - sit down next to your bed, with your shoulder resting on the bed, back towards the bed. Let the tri hang over the edge of the bed. Inject upwards from the floor.

2 - in front of the mirror, lift your arm up as if doing a front delt raise. The delt will have all the pressure on it, while the tricep will just hang fully relaxed. Inject upwards.

Just stick to the schedule.

Day to day variations happen due to numerous reasons - did you train that day, when did you train last, what time of the day did yo measure, how much water you drank, what did you eat, when did you eat, etc, etc.

For Arms,if I use a 25g1" for tri's...would that be good for Bi's ???..or would 26g1/2" be better??...Thks

i keep reading and i am still confused on the final protocal for the last six weeks. do you to upper week, one middle week two, lower week three? i get you need the 3mls and all that but i am not understanding if you do like 1ml in each head or what? any explanation would be great. i know i have alot of questions but i dont want to screw this up after going through the pain of these daily injections. thanks for your help big a.

You inject the 3ml all at once in one location, usually the middle of the muscle head.

Ive been watching this thread to see how others have been doing with syntherol. My experience was pretty good overall. The pain wasnt as bad as some others have made it out to be, I never once missed a workout. End results: increased symetry between right and left arm, increased biceps peak and shape, and size is up a bit over 1/2 inch and that is permanent. The peak of the bicep is much better than ever and looks totally natural since I followed Big As protocol. Its been 8 months or so now since I stopped the protocol. So those that say its effects are only temporary and that it goes away once the oil is absorbed dont know what they are talking about. I just got my Synthrol its only been three days. I am doing 1 ml in the bicepts (Diffrent parts of the biceps the three day thing) an 1 ml in my traps everyday. After ten days I will increase it too two mls an after another ten days will bring it to 3 mls. How long will it take to notice a diffrence? I will also be doing Test E250 750 mg a week with 75 mg a day of D-Bol. Please no comments on thats a lot of D-Bol I know.

I'm off for awhile and I'm giving this a try. I want to build up in a few areas before hitting the juice(fina/prop as a base) again in 1 1/2 months

I was doing Test E250 in my bicep an Syntherol hurts a lot more, but this is only my third day on so it could be that am not use to it yet.
