sustanon after cycle (because of naturally low test)

I am about to finish my 8th cycle in two weeks. I normally have low test and have had sustanon in the past to help (I am over 50). I am wondering about the HRT again, and wondering if one injection of 250 once a week will be OK for maintaining what I have gained until the next cycle.

250mg of Test is plenty good enough to retain mass, usual HRT
doses range from 75-150mg/week

if someone is on hrt or trt do they have to use hcg even tho their nat test production is probly nil anyway and also do they have to use any type of AI or AE while on the therapy?

200 to 250 mg is TRT dosages in the States.

250 of sust is more than hrt so retaining mass should not be a problem. Any more is a low dose cycle, some would even call 250 a cycle, but not me. Just keep an eye on blood work, your heart is your most important muscle.

Back when Sust 250 was developed it came onto the market especially for people who are on TRT. The idea was to only have to do one injection a month. The prop ester kicking in within the first 2-3 days, then the next one and so on. TRT is different for everybody. I personally think one shot of Sust 250 a month is not enough. But most people who are on a SAFE dosage dont go over 150mgs per week and I consider that ideal. Anything over 200 is too much if you ask me. But everybody is different.
