Wow, great feedback everyone and thank you! I usually do carb cycling for cutting and I'm really loving this also. Already dropped 7 pounds this week, from 246 to 239 this morning. I'm a little over 5'11 and 15% bodyfat before. Eating 3200 cals a day, lifting 6 days a week, 2 being leg days, hams and quads specific. I'm getting a little hungry at night is my usual only time of hunger. Also doing 5 days of 30 mins of cardio a week.
Yes, from my reading, the carb up does not stop you from burning fat or using fat as energy source. After the induction period your body is adapting to burning fats compared to glycogen. So even though you go put of keto sis, you still burn fat as long as you dont get really stupid with your meals.
I'm going to run it till October atleast when I get my labs done again. Unless, I hit my goal and want to carb cycle again. Interested in seeing how it affects my labs. I want to stay as healthy as possible.
