TNE and itchy nips

I've recently begun pinning 50mg TNE preworkout and I've noticed the dreaded sensitive nipples. I was using .5mg arimidex EOD, bumped it up to 1mg ED, but was still getting sensitive nips. Tried aromasin for a couple of days but the nipples were getting worse so I quickly jumped on 2.5mg/day of letro and still nothing. Not sure where to go from her since letro is supposed to destroy estrogen. What do you guys recommend? I would hate to drop the TNE. It's freaking great pre-workout but seems to be overwhelming any AI I use. Would it help to take the AI at the same time as the TNE?

I wouldn't worry untill you starter forming puffy nips and feeling a lump
