Favorite Injection Site

Started doing quads recently and love it. What's your favorite muscle group to inject?

Biceps then shoulders. My biceps have defiantly grown from local prop injections ed. Guess it's kinda like using syntherol and stretching the facia.

I do a lot quad injections now, used to do a lot of shoulder shots but got as lot of s. tissue and started having issues there... I guess complications can occur anywhere when you are injecting all the time... I like buttocks as well, just because I can get more oil in, in one shot. I do quads and shoulders with tumeric 5/8 needles no problem... I only use 1" and 1 1/2" (21g) for my glutes and sometimes shoulders

Those are only 3 I hit too. Too scared of smaller muscles like bi's lol But Id hafta say glutes are the least painful. And quads are most convenient. Delts are my least fav.. Always nickin veins

That's what I used to think. I certainly don't belive the test itself has any local effects. I do think you get some inflammation or swelling or something going on that stretches the muscle and let's it grow. I didn't even start shooting biceps to try to get them to grow, it was just an easy muscle to hit and im lazy. Something I will keep doing every blast from now on though. Mabey it's just coincidence and my biceps were due a growth spurt, ill never be able to prove otherwise. Both times I've done it though it seems to have had good results and I personally believe it helps. Just my opinion and I by no means try to pass it off as fact. Mabey it just subconsciously makes me train biceps a bit harder and that's where the results came from. If there growing there growing, that will do me as they have always been stubborn as fuck in the past

in this order:
glutes (cuz the wife will do it for me)
quads (currently shooting lower quads cuz upper quads are full of scar tissue)
triceps
calves
delts
biceps

i really don't like shooting delts. i have some weird fear of getting a bump or abcess and ruining the look. i really like calves. i know most don't but mine are fairly big and i just never have issues in em. my quads are fairly worn out. JohJuan motivated me to shoot lower quads and its a bit more tight feeling and lil more painful maybe but it works and there is no scar tissue there (yet).
i REALLY like shooting triceps. i feel they are a great small muscle to spot inject. biceps are good to shoot cuz its instant gain in size. whether permanent or not they are bigger with spot injects etc....

glutes for me. yet to have a problem there. Whenever I go anywhere else for a
change up keep running nerves or blood vessels. :banghead:

Delts, biceps, triceps are easy to reach.

Glutes are good but hard to reach. Quads and calves are ok.

Best injection site by far is on the side of the leg... Put your hand on your hip bone.. Then go an inch past ur middle finger down and inject there. No pain at all. No soreness. No nothing. Best site I found so far. And very easy to do. Make sure you go straight in and it should take you a minute per cc....
