I don't know how much mass you want to put on. Test/Dbol is known for making a lot of people "feel good". Some people feel like garbage on DBOL. Same thing applies to Deca. We can not give you 100% correct advice on what will make you feel good. Personally, I know people that feel incredible on 2,000 Deca a week -- and others that want to kill themselves at 150 a week.
You need to figure out for yourself what makes you feel good. Based on how most people react, Test/Dbol should make you feel incredible; Deca is up in the air, it's hit or miss with people. But the combination should cross out the icky feeling some people get while on Deca.
Test/Deca/Dbol is honestly your best bet here to put on some real muscle.
I don't know if you want to keep your doses exactly how they are. If I were you, I would go ahead and do:
750 test [WEEK1-14]
500 deca [WEEK1-12]
50 dbol/ed [WEEK1-6 or WEEK1-8 ..contingent on bloodwork]
GH use is up to you....obviously increased dose=increase muscle
Cardio 3x a week for health purposes(IMO)
+have a good diet,like...actually a good diet unlike what some people think they're on hehe =)
I don't think you need the prami unless you know you're actually prone to progesterone sides...
As for an AI, 12.5 aromasin EoD ..You may even need less. You may need more if you're very sensitive or your stuff is bunk. If you're using Nolva like you stated, then 20 should be fine. Once again, if that's not cutting it because you're extremely sensitive or your stuff is underdosed, then increase it to 30 and so forth.
