How soon to start ai?

How soon do u guys start ai after say 250mg test and 50mg dbol/day? That week? Two weeks in? Thanks all,

My body will let me know when to use it fairly quickly, pay attention to your sides and you'll know. I've gone a couple weeks without needing an AI, current cycle I got to 5 weeks before I needed it. Anxiety is usually the first side I get, have to circle the block in the morning when I leave the house to make sure I locked the door! Nightmare!

Personally I start in the first week of my cycle. Its always good to get bloods done to know how to "dial in" your dosage as well.
