Damn sideboob fat

Can't seem to shed the damn old fart fat I call sideboobs
Anybody have any secrets they want to share....
I'm by no means a bb or a gym reg. I work 10-12 hrs a day sometimes hard labor, sometimes sitting on my ass all day,
I changed my diet in dec and added gh to my life, things are looking better but the damn upper chest fat just seems to be stubborn
Oh yea I'm 51 and wanna change things around slowly but surely

Lol the title made me laugh. Agree with little slice. Man boobs won't go away unless you change your diet and get your cardio in. Lean out everywhere not in one spot.

In a nut shell DIM is found in cruciferous veg but you'd need to eat a tonne to get much. It will help lower the worse kinds of estrogens. I've had clients get lean except their chest area. Throw DIM in and boom in few weeks it's gone. Natural clients mind and obviously not as strong as AIs such as letro but for most and especially women will help balance estrogen out loads also lowering risk to female cancers and prostate cancer for guys.

Learnt most of it from Poliquin.

Wow thank you, very informative. I struggle with fat in my chest, maybe this would be worth a look
