I try to buy Whey protein when it is on sale. Most of the time they have hardly any sugar around 25gr of protein an 5-7 carbs. I usually take them after workouts an cook with.
I still get around 220gr of protein in whole food.
I'm cutting BF right now so wondering if I should take the extra carbs from the Whey into factors. I rotate 2 days under 50gr an one day under 100gr.
My body has been doing very well with cutting BF these last 4 weeks an holding a ton of size.
My questions is this.
Should I just worry about my whole food carb macros or also count the whey.
I have maybe a 1/4 cup of rice a day for carbs an a 1/4 of oats.
What do you guys think on this?
