Just looking for a bit of a check-up on my diet, not looking for drastic changes such as 'go keto' or 'add dnp, t3, clen etc'... Eating 320g protein, 320g carbs and 70g of fats. Looking to trim up some fat. Typical day looks like this...
Meal 1
Two scoops of whey
couple packets of oatmeal
Meal 2
8oz deli meat (roast beef, turkey, or chicken (whatever is on sale at the time))
in a wrap with veggies and lite miracle whip/mustard
Meal 3
8oz 93/7 ground turkey
couple soft tortillas
Meal 4
8oz tuna with some light miracle whip
200g pasta
intra/post workout
32oz gatorade
2 scoops of whey
Meal 5
2cups nonfat greek yogurt
2tbsp peanut butter
5'11" 210lb
300 test 600 tren 5iu gh/ed
20min of treadmill 3x a week keeping HR between 130-140bpm
Thoughts or suggestions?
