Most effective liver aids?

Sorry if this has been discussed. What are the most effective liver aids available OTC?

I use the standard ones. Nac, liv52, tudca, milk thistle. However. All the advanced guys from this board always mention the synthetek brand which I personally haven't tried yet.

TUDCA or NAC are the single most effective.
Of course we use damn near all of them in combination.

Why is TUDCA a staple

The only one I use and would continue using is Synthergine...You can search here and see many before and after labs showing it's effectiveness!

I have used all the ones mentioned above and have always gone back to Synthergine...IMO nothing beats it and with your liver it's always better to be safe then sorry!

A BBer friend of mine recommended a product called Aegis by Select Performance Labs. It's a mix of Phosphatidylcholine & TUDCA. He swears by the stuff and has bloodworm to back it up.

I also throw in some NAC too. I'm about to start some low dosed Superdrol as well as some Tbol and I'm not trying to ruin my liver in the process (Superdrol cruuuushes my bloodwork)

I would think, if something is proven to protect a person against Superdrol, then that product should protect you against virtually any other oral AAS.

Why is TUDCA a staple

From what I read, its one of the best if not THE best liver detoxifier (I dont know the science). It was recommended to me by a good coach and I kept it as a staple supplement. Been using it for 2 years and never had alarming liver results always within the norm or slightly elevated and I've used halo, winny for prep and used some drol back in december.

I like SYNTHERGINE because I've actually seen proof through blood work numerous times that its effective. The most recent was an alcoholic friend his numbers improved dramatically,,even his doctors were surprised.

The poll isn't really reasonable since it contains single components and mixtures. Obviously a single component can't be compared to the advantages of several components (in one mixture) and furthermore we don't have credible/scientific proof that one mixture is superior to another due to the proportions of its components.
You can state that a mixture might be better than a single component at the most.

I have used many times with blood work to prove how effective it is.

I've heard Synthergine is the best. Haven't used it myself. I pretty much stay on Liv52 and if running a heavy oral cycle I go with TUDCA and Advanced Cycle Support. Labs come back pretty good. When I run out of my current stash I think I'll give Synthergine a shot seeing there are a few other items I want to try.

Superdrol is probably the most harsh oral you can take.
