If someone want to lose as much bodyfat as possible.
I read on the internet, Researcher state that Only polyunsaturated fat are essential. Omega 3 and Omega 6.
-Saturated fat are not essential and should be removed from the diet.
-Monounsaturated fat are not essential.
-Polyunsaturated fat(Omega 3 and omega 6) are essential and must be in the diet.
So with that in mind.
Would it be better to eat those animal protein source without Saturated fat that are low as possible in calories.
Like:-Eggwhites ( Not whole eggs)
-Chicken ( Not beef)
-Tuna ( Not salmon)
-Turkey
-Skim milk (Not 1%-2% Milk)
-Whey isolate without fats
And you take Fish oil/Krill Oil Daily for omega 3/Omega 6 fats daily.
This mean that those protein source have less calories. So less calories but high protein = You keep the muscle mass but lose bodyfat?
Just trying to understand
