I've read that the body grows in spurts, not slow and constant...
So would it not work to hit your body hard with 2 full body workouts on sat/sun...heavy/light
Gorge those 2 days with as much food possible...
And run high dose fast acting compounds with an oral for 2 days with low dose long ester for rest of the week...
 
The ideal would be 3-4 weeks blast steroids, food, workout, all high and 6-8 weeks cruise, moderate

OP the body does naturally grow in spurts but it's different when you bring artificial hormones into the equation. Your routine would not be good for certain reasons. Although incorporating fast acting drugs around workouts with a long estered base cycle is a solid approach. The workout plan you listed on the w/e's is not optimal. A M/W/F split could be great though. However I wouldn't gorge as much food as possible on every lifting day. Your diet should be consistent through the week and every day is important as recovery takes place in and out of the gym.

What are your stats? Have you ran many cycles? What are you goals? If you want to do shorter cycles than the above is a great approach. But if you are new to all of this you are best just doing typical cycles with the keys words being consistency and progression. 8-16 week cycles/blasts trying to get as strong as possible in appropriate exercises and eating consistently for growth.
