sustanon cycle

normally i like a single long acting ester but i got a good deal on some bulk sustanon amps. this will be my 3rd cycle im planing on running the sustanon and deca. my question is how to use a the blend? at first i was thinking inject the sus every monday wednesday and friday, but i read an article on this site where they said they got best results injecting it all at once every 7 to 8 days or somthing like that. so im kind of unclear on which route to go. in your opinion what would be the best way? sorry if this is a stupid question

i would do it mwf so the short ester stays active in ur body

I've heard alot of people like to go eod with sust or omna's because of the short esters. you'd prob be fine with once a week or divided into a mon thurs approach. But I'm no expert...

I've used sest. both one injection a week & three times a week, I prefer doing it three times a week. the only problem...you feel like a pin cushion after 12 weeks. I ran three ampules a week of ses & 600mg of deca. It is my favorite stack.

Twice a week is fine. I would save the deca for now. Sust has some in it. Unless you want to bring up the deca count for whatever reason? BUT save the deca for later. Sust has 4 tests in it already. And running sust alone IS a cycle by itself.

Sust does not have "DECA" in it....
It has Testosterone with the Deconoate ester attached to it.

When we refer to "Deca", we are referring to "Nandrolone decanoate"
Nandrolone with the Deconoate ester attached.

I understand how the misconception could happen.

With sust you get testosterone only. No "deca"....LOL

If it was me I'd run the Deca/Nandrolone decanoate with your test blend. Just shoot both twice a week.
I'm currently running DECA and Sust

500mg/wk Sust
300mg/wk Deca

Joints feel awesome and pumps are great!

Good catch bro. I was a bit sleepy this AM... but thanks for cleaing that up.

P.S. I would still run the sust by itself. It's a good product that can stand by it self or with Deca.

yah dog dont you know tht the deca...is deconate a long acting ester

only way i've found for me is eod shots.sometimes even adding a half cc of test prop to it in the begining and end of the cycle.i still prefer my cyp over sust tho but would run it again.i think.....
