PLEASE READ....Pec Injection

Ok, so I took a shot in the pec yesterday and now the thing is swollen as hell and hurts. This is the second time i have shot there and the second time this has happened. The muscle just swelled up and is very tight. Is this a normal? Thanks for the input.

I wouldn't try it again if this has happened both times.

I put 2mls in the pec this morning some swelling but nothing out of the norm and I sometimes get knots in the pec.

yes its normal. the best thing to do is split the injection up and shoot both pecs. Then it feels like you have been working out and both pecs look the same size.

Question: Does the same gear swell up on other muscle groups? If not then maybe your not shoting striaght in or your in the wrong part of the muscle. I would say the chest is no different then other muscles as I have done many in chest with no swelling or pain

i stick with glutes and quads because theyre the easiest and im not a pin cushion. maybe if i was on more stuff id go to shoulders then move on from there but damn i cant imagine bis, calfs, pecs, or stuff.. makes me cringe!!

Me? I just cringe when guys tell me they Inj in Hams!!! Fuhk me! I could imagine one of the cramps I get bending the pin at a right angle and never getting it out...

Delts and Shoulders are the same muscle group.

wow.. ive never heard of using the hams.. and uh.. delts ARE shoulders, fyi.
