Hi Guys,

I'm new to the board but not to the lifestyle. First, I want to say Growth Priciples for Beginners is the best written summary of the basics that I have ever read. I want to get some feedback on my situation. Stats are..

30 Years Old
Medicated for 3 years now
2 contests under my belt at 168lbs 6%bf
5'11
Off season 185lbs
300 grams of protein daily

I am looking to reach the next level. I want to come heavier of course but dont want to limit myself to a weight goal. I've been using 400mg of test e with no sides but obviously not where I would like to be mass wise. My diet is clean, calories are high. I know protein should proabably go up and I have a lot of room to play with in regards to the gear. Thinking of the below as an dose adjustment but wanted to get feed back prior.

600 mg test e weekly
40mg Dbol daily for 6 weeks pending blood work results after week 4.
600 mg deca weekly after the Dbol or possibly Tren E at 300 mg weekly on the fence at this point. I might just ditch this idea in total depending on the feedback I get from the board. Thanks.
 
the first adjustment needs to be to diet. 400mg test is plenty to take you over 200lbs. search through some diets here and definately head over to intensemuscle.com and read up on the diet side of DC. i really think anyone, no matter what training program theyre using can benefit in the world of adding mass with this approach.
