I just started working out again after 2 yrs off i am planning on getting glutamine and a mega men vitamins sport and whey protein i am going to us it for 2 month then go on a bulk up cycle can anyone tell me what they think about that and another thing i read something about working out for beginners its says to work out every other day and only do warm up then work out one set till failure i never heaard that i was alway told do 5 set if 15 so i am confused want to get this rite
 
first off welcome. you are mis reading Big A's article. i posted right after you in that article to try to explain something you may not know about muscle growth. after re reading it it may have come of alittle harsh, well the first sentance anyway. i did not mean it like that. if you have any questions about diet or training feel free to pm me. i will not, however, answer any questions about how to obtain or use any illegal substances.

Since you have not lifted for 2 years and want to get into it. I would strongly recommend that first you work on your diet, train and get your rest. At this time you have no reason to use any type of physique enhancing drugs. Push yourself naturally as this is the foundation you need to build, which will not simply disappear.

Layout short term goals which will lead you to your long term goals, do you want to compete?

Again the biggest and most important step is your diet.

As for your training, since you are getting back into training. Have you started? as you will experience the beginners pain for the first two weeks. Take things slow as you want to avoid injuries, do a lot of stretching and warm-up sets.

I would recommend that you take one body part a day which will or should keep you intense on that specific muscle, rather then trying to save some energy for another body part.
