ok, so if you were thinking of doing a show almost 1yr away...were 5'11 and 243lb BF% unknown TEENS anyway...how would u do a clean bulk...

training will be MON-legs, WEDS-push, FRI-pull..cardio post and hopefully on off days.. diet 50gm protein, 30-50gm carb and 20gm fat..

1-20 500mg test
1-6 tren 75mg EOD
1-4 dbol 40mg ED
6-9 abomb 50mg/day
10-14..just test
14-20 tren 75mg EOD,
14-20 winny 25mg ED
reason for 14-20...is a possible vacation to dominican, so harden up a bit

then would think from there until may 8th would be 14wks..so just cruise on HRT 150MG/week
then 16wks out devise a game plan??

what do you think of above? suggestions
i'd like to sneak deca in there, but not sure when one could add tren after stopping deca, and such...would like to try it offseason...

Sounds like your motivated and on track.. I dont post on specifics in that category but.. I will tell you this.. I always advocate "less is best" You have plenty going on there and..

You would be surprised how a little goes a long way.. All you need is enough to hold some good muscle while dieting down and if you train balls out and get the diet on track...You will make the best gains...Hammer hard and heavy!

Here is my honest opinion mechanically written:

1. Way to many compounds drop all of it.
2. Diet your ass off. Get as lean as possible and find out what you have under
the bodyfat and what you look like.
3. Diet like you are competing, competition dieting is the one of the most
difficult things to do. You don't just turn it on and off, you have to get
used to the harshness of it. This will be your trial runs that will get
you much leaner but also get you closer to where you need to be if you
want to go to a contest and not buy a ticket.
 
Yeah, in my head I want. A less is more...just got excited that don't see HRT doc for a year...lol

I know what I have under the pudge...not much...lol, did a 24wk contest diet b4...sucks ass for sure....

Ill keep test as is, and may rotate others every 4wks for variety..

Ill drop carbs to 30gm/meal..80gm PWO in and effort to slash BF....
Dbol and drol rotated @4wk mark to boost workout...

Utilize both LISS and HIT cardio. You can do shorter intervals of cardio with HIT but keep your metabolism boosted throughout the day on days you don't lift. Days you lift, fasted LISS would be good in the morning IMO.
