Was doing reseach and came across this article. I honestly think the author is full of shit on some things. He dont look 240 in those photos for one and I wonder if his story isn't exagerated. What are you more experienced users thoughts on what he should have done different?

I first saw this story about 2 yard ago and there were other
pictures including one that supposed to be recent ( at the time).
I think he said he was 170 in the latest picture and looked better
than the before picture where he was 200 lbs at a high bodyfat.
