if one is doing test e q3-4 days any advantage to adding test p on day of workout>??

I've no clue what test e q3-4days means but I'll take a shot in the dark.

Prop isn't going to do shit for you on workout days, the prop ester releases the test into your system is over a few days. Your best bet is to take your prop everyday, it's a low bloat ester but the pin count is high.

Testosterone Suspension is the fastest acting test, you will get the kick right now, but you will be a pin cushion if you want to keep your syrum levels normal with that stuff.

I did the test p and it felt like it was kicking in that day- but new to all this so could have been in my mind
 
You could easily have felt a surge from the test P the day you pinned, but remember it's released from the ester over a few days, not all at once:st:r-wars
 
No real advantage to you really. Just keep on with the test e. The only reason in my mind to use the prop along with the enanthate ester is to kick start a cycle. YOu can use the prop to get a more instant blood level while you wait for the enanthate to kick in during the first 2 weeks or so. If youve been on the test e for awhile I wouldnt even screw with using the prop.
