PLEASE HELP WITH DOSAGES

I have been researching this problem and I am getting more confused than educated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am 43 and and have been using aas for 2 and a half years. I've used sust, winstrol, dbol, and test e. I am currently holding onto 40mls of test prop and 40mls of NPP. I weigh 198 and am wanting to use this to bulk up somemore. I have had problems with test e. I believe the long ester caused a serious acne breakout. I am now finishing up my third month of accutane. I am looking forward to the shorter esters. Less sides hopefully. I have joint issues and I am also looking forward to the joint healing effects of NPP. I intended to use 60 mg ED of NPP which would give me 480mg a week. I was going to use 125 mg EOD of the test prop. That would give me 500mg a week of the prop. I have read that you have to run a little more of your test in order to avoid libido issues. However, I have since read that you should run 200mg of NPP EOD if your bulking up with this substance. True? Anyone? My PCT has always been Nolva and Clomid. I would love to hear of anyone who has used this substance. How much. How long. Especially if it was a test prop and NPP cycle. What would you do with 40mls at 100mg a ml of both substances. Do I need more? I would really appreciate any and all help and advice on this matter. Thanks in advance.
