Deca and Test E?

Hello,

I was looking for some advice or info on whether a Deca and Test Enthanate cycle would be good for me. This is gonna be my first cycle. I also wanted to know if it would be possible to do a Deca+Test E cycle of only 7 weeks or so? I'm not looking to become Lou Ferrigno, i'm just trying to get myself in to a little bit better shape. I'm going to be leaving my New England home at the end of November and staying in Florida for the remainder of winter.

As of now i have some cut, and a very low BF% (not sure exactly), but I would like to pack on a good 10 pounds or so if possible. I have been very slim my whole life (predispositioned by genetics =/... ), and i have thought of anabolics for a couple years but i turned away due to others' advice that i was too young. I'm 19 now, and feel I am ready to make the leap and get into better shape now.

Many people i know would call it "cheating" but personally, I know its near impossible for my body to naturally bulk up as I've done everything else. I'm not doing it to out grow someone else, or be better at sports. I just merely want to look better, and pack on a few more pounds.

I'm 5'10", and about 150 lbs atm. Obviously not body builder size, even though i have been working out and pushing myself consistently for the past 2 or 3 years.

For my first cycle I was considering frontloading the Test E to 1500 week one, then 1000 week 2, and then dropping to 500 for each subsequent week with two injections a week. As for deca, I will be doing 600mgs/week... one injection a week? Unless someone believes i should split it?

For PCT I have nolva and clomid on hand, i dont need help on that part.

Would it be better for me to take something in place of deca? I've read people find quicker results with oral Dbol, but will deca outweigh the effects of dbol once it kicks in? And if Deca takes about 4 weeks to be effective, and i need to do no more than 7 weeks... will 3 weeks of effectiveness be worth using deca?

Open to suggestions or constructive critcism.

5'10" @ 150lbs. is pretty thin. You need to work on your diet first, i know you have a genetic disposition but your not eating enough. Try 5-6 smaller meals a day and a shake after/between meals. I guarantee you could get to 175+ if you eat & sleep enough. BUT ANYWAY, i'm sure your gonna try AAS anyway so here's what you should run,

Week 1 - 10 Test E or C
12.5 mgs Aromasin ED

Leave the Deca out for this time, deca shuts you down hard and can take months to recover. Test alone will give you excellent results and until you know how your body responds to it you should always just run 1 compound on your 1st cycle.

Even if you are on Test you need to keep your diet in check if you wanna make this cycle worthwhile. There is loads of information on dieting on this forum and the web, read & learn more everyday.

70% diet
20% training and rest
10% juice.

I agree with blazer. I just wanted to add something about the dosages. I don't know if you're kidding about starting out at 1500 mgs but a lot of experienced bbers have never taken that much amount of test in a week. I really hope you were kidding. I would do the 10 week test e like blazer suggested at 250 mgs. and see what that does for you. I'm almost positive you will put on at least ten pounds if your diet and training are in check. Believe the more experienced people when they tell you that building muscle is not a race and if it is, slow and steady will win it. Good luck. BTW Deca is a great compound. It gives you a beautiful look BUT I got to experience for myself the infamous Deca Dick and it is REALLY not a nice thing. Just so you know.

Test Cycle

I have a friend (really not me) who just completed a 10 week cycle of Test E 500 per week and Anast .5 E3D. He is in his late 30's and really blew up. I'm sure he could have gone lower than 500 and go great results. You should do like wise. 1500 or 1000 of test is really insane bad.

If you are lucky and don't have serious health issues from that dose, people are going to laugh at you for your incredible body composition change.

Try 250-500. You will not be dissappointed at all.

Hey Bro in my opinion you should wait a couple of years. You being 19 is a good age to gain muscle. I would not mess with your hormones until you are older. If you are not growing it is probably poor training and diet. I cant tell you how many guys I see trying to lift to many lbs for the size they have. Victor Martinez has a dvd that I like its called Mass Attack.
I would spend most of your time with muscle control and technique. Drop the weight. Eat every two hours. Get enough sleep. If you do this at your age I know you will grow.
I have been using gear for a long time. I think every healthy adult male should use it. Try to wait until your body has fully matured. while waiting learn the other side, the resting, the dieting, and lifting properly not just pushing heavy weight around.

if you are not going to wait try using test E 250 per week. so if you want to front load 500 on first week will do. This amount in a 150lbs guy will hurt.
I can bet if you tried doing 1500mgs a week you would be hating life just form the shots. I don't even know where I would put that many mgs if I weighed 150lbs.

Before even considering cycling, ask yourself the following.

Have I done everything nutrition wise to gain? The answer will be no.

Have I maximized knowledge in training? The answer will be no.

Have my natural hormones run their course at 19? The answer will be no.

Should I really consider steroids at this time? The answer is no.

I would really advise that you spend the money on two things. A personal trainer with plenty of experience and twice the food that you are eating.

at 19 years old, you should have plenty of natural test....3500+ calories a day and train hard ...wait till your older! mood swings and hormone changes from early teen years to early 20's are bad enough without shutting your system down and adding more than normal amounts of test... good luck if you do decide to do it...i am sure if you ask anyone their honest opinion, they will reccomend you wait till at very least 21, if not later (as you have heard from a few previous posters).

I cringe every time I see posts like this. 19? 5'10" and 150 pounds? 1500mg of test to front load? training 2 years? WTF! Who is giving you this stupid advice? It can't be any from this site, we are a little more intelligent then that. You don't need any test or AAS at your age! Do you know what your test levels are at? Probally not. First, forget any drugs, you are to thin and to young for them. Your problem is Diet and training. Take that money you are going to spend on gear and hire a trainer. You have among the best on this site.
