Talking New here. Introducing myself.
Hello fellas, Im new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. My stats are 5'11" 170pounds 13-15%bf 26 yrs old. 2 1/2 years lifting experience with the last 9 months seriously training and clean diet. Not really looking to get really big just aiming at 190-195 with a lower BF. Not currently on AAS just taking jack3D and powerfull before WO with protein after WO. I like fast cars, car audio systems, love watching boxing and MMA, married and have a daughter, and now love weight lifting. Im from dallas texas. Cheers

Nah just 30mn before WO. It must feel weird to feel ants all over your body before bed

I'm a little confused. I don't get that feeling from Powerfull. The only side I get from Powerfull before bed is VIVID dreams. I mean dreams semm so damn real. Other than that, I get in REM mode of sleep so fast. it does not prolong my sleep but I wake up refreshed.

Jack3d alone gets me a little anxiouse but not jittery. When i add powerfull i feel the blood tingling thru my body and just feel great, not anxiouse or jittery. I see powerfull as a vasodilator. This combo really opens my appetite like crazy. Oh yeah i also fall asleep easily and wake up great. 1 scoop of jack3d is good enough for me. Tried 2 scoops and went overboard.
