Pain after 1ST SHOT
Hi every one
Last night i got my first Test Enan shot 250 ... by one of my good buddy who is doing it for some time ... he gave me one in the shoulder ... I felt like woozy and dizzy after tht but tht felt better after like 10 mins ... but thr is a pain in tht part of my shoulder now and it hard to the touch ..Not swollen just felt sort of hard whn i touch it ... i m using those heat patches and muscle relaxer to keep the pain low but i was just wondering is thr something to worry about . it hurt if I try to move it or lift something .. Thanks guys

Thank you sooo much i m so scared as i m thinking about not doing it any more ... the jitters and feeling like i m gonna throwup its just made me scared ...
u think next time will it be easier .. wht if i shot one in hips will tht be less painfull ... also wht do u suggest for this pain thanks

It takes awhile to absorb into the body so that knot that you feel is normal, also the the woozy feeling and stuff that you are experiencing after your shot is normal its called anxiety. I would definitely go in your glute not as much pain. Your fine, just make sure it doesn't turn into cellulitis; red and swollen. Also most of the pain could be form the BA in the test e.

Any idea how much time pain takes to go away ... i dont think i can workout with this shoulder right now ...
thr is not swollen or anything it looks normal as my other shoulder ... my bud told me it was perfect shot and he did it with alot of care ... the test is from ABBOT Labs Karachi P.S any one know where Phil Hernon is ?? trying to reach him for past 2 weeks Last edited by Dann; 10-14-2009 at 10:32 AM.

I know ur right but i cant even lift my shoulder up right now like side ways or anything it hurt if I try to push my self ... u think i still should train in this ?? just need an advice .. i mean sore is one thing but hurting while trying to move thas another right ??

its normal...the inflammation response will die down the second time and the third time and eventually your body will just accept the oil...sounds strange but your body adapts to you squirting oil in its muscles.
The glutes are much better to start out with imo! Every new muscle group you pop will hurt like a bitch for a few days.

tht was my buddy idea he was the one with the injection in his hand so i dont think 2 guys sitting in a car ... one with injection in his hand and other with his butt hanging out would look right : D ....
Any way i think its lil bit too much for me ... i m really getting in shit from my work place as i really cant do much with this shoulder for now ... Oh yeah one more thing ... I m taking Dbol 30 mg a day ... but cos of this pain i really cant lift weights right now ... I mean i tried to hit bench yesterday i cudnt ... i tried to did even legs but as soon as i place weight on my traps it start to hurt like a bitch .. so i was thinking about taking time off till it get all heal ... well the question is should i keep on taking dbol regardless or just stop it for few days ... till i hit the gym gain... Sorry if this sound stupid question ... i know it does

massaging it helps a little bit as does hot baths. Anything to get the viscosity down and help absorption.
It will be better very shortly ime! I did my triceps for the first time last year and couldn't sleep one night they hurt so bad!  Blast your legs in the meantime.

Well guys the pain is mostly gone .. yesterday I train chest couldnt able to pick my usual weight but i was glad i was very close to it ... looks like the 1st shot took me 3 days ... now it encouraged me for my next shot which i will be taking tonight ...
I have another imp question to ask you guys... I cant get Aromasin or Exemastane from any where .. now the only Anti Estrogen I can get my hands on are Armidex and Lectro ... now armidex isnt doing its job properly and I can see why after reading antiestrogen thread ... I am taking it but my nipples r getting more and more sensitive ... so lets say if I wanna take Lectro ...how much quantity should I take tht wont effect my labido as i know its totally kills the sex drive ... my stats r height 5' 10 '' Weight 145 Lbs Body fat 9 % age 30 yr Also current cycle just in case Week 1 to 4 D-BOL 30mg + 500 Test E ( Tuesday and Friday) Week 5 to 12 500 Test E (tuseday and Friday ) Pct on week 14 to 16 Nolvadex Thanks Thanks

usually takes a little time for arimidex to stabilize and start working its magic...if it has been a few days already and your nips are still sore, you should start nolvadex at atleast 20mg ED till the nipple sensitivity is gone ...continiue with AI (adex) after sensitivity is gone

Thank you so much ...I have some nolva lying around i m going to start taking tht ... all armidex does is make me piss every 20 mins ... my nipples well they hurt usually whn its cold ... but if I am doing cardio or workout or even taking hot bath ... they go back to normal . just thought to let u knwo
2nd shot went without pain .. in the glutes .. didnt hurt as much as it did in the shoulder ... 2nd day after the shot .. i notice the area whr i did the shot got bit pink.. start feeling just a lil pain whn I try to sit or put pressure on tht cheek 3rd day after shot redness is still thr and still the same nothing new experience .. I thought the pain should be gone by now as i thought it heals faster and faster every time u inject ... 4rth day redness is gone but pain still there .. tomorrow time for another shot i m wondering should i do this on other glute or same .. Oh btw I m noticing my weight is increasing nicely .. didnt see much in strength gain but yeah my shoulder r standing out like well defined : )

something doesnt sound right about you adex making you piss every 20 minutes! not sure what is goin on there but it definitely never had that effect on me or anyone i know.
