Your Favorite Needle size?

Hey guys
Wanted to know your oppinion on what YOUR favorite needle size is an why. Best needle for Test Eth?

Reason I ask is I am debating on getting new needles as the ones I have I do not think would hit the muscle but thats where you guys come in.. what do you think.

Needles I have are :

25g 5/8 of an inch
27g x 1/2 inch
29g x 1/2 inch

what do u guys think
longer needle?
if not, where would u inject test e with those choices?

Unless super lean, I wouldn't use any of those sizes. I don't personally go shorter than 1" for shoulders, and 1 1/2" for glutes. And I consider myself relatively lean. Maybe 5/8 would work for bicep shots, perhaps someone with more experience can answer that. As far as needle gauge, you might have a hard time with anything smaller than 25g depending on how thick your oil is. 23g is preferable for many.

25 1/2 i love for most shots. i use 23 for glutes.


for drawing i have 18s on hand.

22/23 gauge 1"/1 1/2" for oil based gear

21 gauge 1" for Winnie

I am still dreaming of finding a 24g with 1.5". Anyone ever seen one? Basically I think for our purposes, halfway between 23 and 25 would be good.
