You can run t bol in place of the d bol to kick start the cycle. Also, as boggs said, an AI will help as well....I would start low say .5mg arimidex every 3 days and bump up the frequency to eod or ed if that isn't doing the trick.
Even tbol gives me back pumps from hell. I lower the dosage on squat and/or deadlift days. Dbol raised my blood pressure to a place I was not comfortable with even with severe carb restriction.

The pumps are rediculous...I think he was more concerned with bloat and since t bol doesn't aromatize, he could substitute that for the d bol.
