2nd Cycle review

I figure this is the best forum for a cycle review. This is my 2nd cycle ,the 1st was test and a PH (19 Nor type). I am 48 years old ,212lb,10%bf, eat very clean
20 weeks total

1-10
each week 400ml test cyp + 200ml Deca+ hcg and 1ea 50 arimidex

10-20

each week 400ml test cyp + 200ml Deca+ hcg and 1ea 50 arimidex
and anavar+winstol oral

I am on TRT I.E ,will go back to 200ml after cycle and also PCT with Clomid and Hcg


I'm thinking that 600ml a week is where I want to keep my test at.

sorry bro, how much adex are you taking per week? its not clear from your post. How many mg of winny and var?

anavar and winstol 50mg 5 days a week (?skip weekends if I want to enjoy a few beers or some wine?)
arimidex .5 mg ounce a week


And how soon does the Deca start to work??

started the cycle yesterday the only thing is I am super thirsty,,and so far Mr. Mojo still works

I am going to stay at 600mg of test cyp also that way I keep the test up enough to avoid any libido problems from the Deca.. what type of results will see and how long for them??

How about some more advise (other than ,Just do a cycle of test ) if that the results I wanted I would not be doing this 2nd cycle.. Is there any hardcore Pro's still commenting on this Forum?? I asked about 4 or 5 questions???

i would up the test

i would not take 2 orals at once
if ive never takin them before

do one at a time to see if they even work for you

i would not do arimidex, unless it was needed
and i would not do hcg for the whole cycle

First off, the questions you asked don't have a straight forward answer...some people feel test or deca faster or slower than others. Also, I have no idea what you should expect to gain, what does diet and training look like, that would give me a better idea on how you will gain than the cycle you listed. Why would you drink at all on any cycle, and to stop the orals on the weekend so you can drink, makes no sense.

Now, that being said, I would run 500mg test for 12 weeks and a d bol kick start 30mg a day for 4 weeks. If you do not like those result, then it is not the cycle that is the problem, it is training, diet or both. I am 6 weeks off cycle, weigh 244 and I am making gains with my routine and diet (375g protein, 450-600g carbs and 100g fat). Did I mention I am not using gear!

Whe you say, "I eat clean" that says to me, I don't take in enough calories. Maybe I am wrong but I think that may be part of the issue. I took my time to write this to help you....do not be offended, do not take what I said as a slam. If you have any questins feel free to ask!

the stopping thr orals to drink on the weakends dont make much sence to me either. I wouldn't drink while running any orals. Then again i dont drink so....
