What is the best time of day to use these?

Anavar and winstrol have a half life of about 9 hours. Taking them 3 times a day is the best option. Personally, I have taken orals all at once pre workout and never notice a difference between splitting them up. It comes down to convenience, if you are able to split them up, split them up...if not, take them all at once.

You should split up all the orals you take as a rule, there aren't really many with really long halflives...

there is many options you can do buy most prefer to split them up throughout the day that way you have a steady dose in your system through out the day

yup and take them with grapefruit juice!!! its works. And on an empty stomach which is 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal..
