Test P or test E

I wanted to know if it's really better to use test prop over test enanth. when you're prone gyno. Because of the short ester in prop, it will get out your system fast if you get gyno.

So the question is: does it really make a difference for gyno?

No difference for gyno - but you are right, prop will be out quicker. Moot point however.
Much better to prevent with some low-dose exemestane...

Plan was using proviron while being on.
But you would recommend Aromasin over proviron to prevent gyno?

what about arimidex?

I would recommend aromasin over proviron. I used proviron my first cycle (with prop incidentally) and had the whole way through some nipple issues (sensitivity, etc). My second cycle (also prop) I used aromasin and had no issues whatsoever, despite being on a higher dose even! Aromasin is some great stuff.

I would say use prop if your cycle will be short and use Test E/cyp if your cycle will be long (like 8-12 weeks). Pinning prop for 12 weeks gets old FAST.

btw you can always throw some proviron in with the test/aromasin! Its great libido booster and will free up some test from binding to SHBG (inactivates the test once it binds)...but I wouldnt say its a good primary Anti-E.

Want to do Prop for 8 weeks... Test e would be 10weeks. Hard choice..

i stay away from Proviron, that blasted thing makes you lose your hair.

aromasin is much better and safer.

the dosage depends on your personal biochemistry + the dosage of testosterone you are taking. A good starting point for 500mg/week of test is 12.5mg. If your libido disappears, then that is a good sign you are taking too much aromasin. If you start getting nipple issues that is a good sign you are not taking enough for you.

The only sure-fire way to know is to get bloodwork a few weeks into your cycle once your levels have stabilized.

It's going to be a 500mg EW test e cycle but if i'm going to use prop i won't get to 500mg/week but i will use 12,5 mg of aro then as well.

I only know aromasin as caps of 25mg so i guess i have to open them up and divide the powder in two.

I believe you could take aromasin EOD and attain stable levels...i think the stuff has a relatively decent half life...you might want to double check that though.

I have no science to back it up but I'd take a smaller dose ED instead of EOD. I found it acted VERY quickly so I believe EOD dosing would result in more yo-yo-ing of estrogen levels.

if your prone to hairloss than Proviron will make you lose your hair. it is an androgen and is connected to DHT which makes you lose your hair, which is why bald men say they have better libido than guys with full hair since DHT somewhat helps give better libido though makes you lose your hair.

if you are prone to baldness, then Proviron will make you lose some hair or speed up the process.

if you are not prone to baldness, then use some DHT blocker of some sort just to be safe if you care about your hair.

if your prone to baldness, a DHT blocker wont help much, if at all from Proviron making you lose your hair.

i lost some hair but regain some, with the help of Rogain and other products, much whatever falls out i have been told never calls back. so again, just be carful if you care about your hair.

I agree with this and there is some very basic science to back this up...the half life is around 24 hours, you would have much more stable levels taking half the dose ed.

It is the same reason we shoot long esters twice a week...you get a spike and then 4 days later a sharp drop off so if you shoot on that day, you maintain that spike.

For the original question, I like long esters and I am gyno prone. Why? because although long esters take longer to get out of your system the estro sides will come on slower and imo be easier to control. When I take prop, the estro sides come on fast. Either way you can deal with them with an AI but I can personally deal with long esters better!
