Question from old bastard.
I joined a few months ago and I have been reading as much info on cycles as possible. I do have a question on current cycle for the experienced guys.
Been lifting off and on for about 20 years. Been lifting solid for the past 18 months and ready to try cycle. I'm 5'8', 47yrs old.,198 lbs.,8%bf. Have only ever done one cycle(test only) in the past. Work out one day on one day off. Cardio, currently twice. Just started: wk 1-16 250mg. sus250 wk 1-16 500mg eq wk 1-8 50mg var Also have hgh but not sure where to add in cycle. Interested in any advice from experiance. |

I think most people do a low dose test cycle because they're afraid of the sides but rarely any negative sides impact most people at 500mgs up the test and keep the eq where it is and you will have a very nice cycle that either will lean you out or bulk you up depending on your diet
