Question from old bastard.

I joined a few months ago and I have been reading as much info on cycles as possible. I do have a question on current cycle for the experienced guys.

Been lifting off and on for about 20 years. Been lifting solid for the past 18 months and ready to try cycle.

I'm 5'8', 47yrs old.,198 lbs.,8%bf. Have only ever done one cycle(test only) in the past.
Work out one day on one day off. Cardio, currently twice.

Just started:
wk 1-16 250mg. sus250
wk 1-16 500mg eq
wk 1-8 50mg var

Also have hgh but not sure where to add in cycle.
Interested in any advice from experiance.

Seems pretty low dose for sust, but it's a good place to start. I think you could stand to increase the test if you really want to grow.

I think most people do a low dose test cycle because they're afraid of the sides but rarely any negative sides impact most people at 500mgs up the test and keep the eq where it is and you will have a very nice cycle that either will lean you out or bulk you up depending on your diet

I agree that you should up the test to 500 mg wk and keep the EQ where it is. As for me, I have never seen much results from Anavar..

Agree, I'll up the test to 500. Any thoughts on the hgh? Maybe wait until the end of the cycle and then start? Like week 12. Will be on hgh for 12mo.

Anywhere between 500-750 of test is a good dose.
I'd wait before doing anything else to see how you are going to react the the test.
That maybe all you will need to achieve your goal for that cycle.
you do have some sort of goal set don't you ?
I would do the test for 12 weeks and then pct and leave it at that .
Keep it simple!
At first start off simple and let the cycles get more complexed as you learn how your body will react to each of the gears used.
That way you will be able to easily diagnose symptoms if they occur.
(ect...which gear causes what to you )
I'll be 57 in Jan and I usually do around 750 per week for around a 12 plus week cycle .
You may find you don't need a hole bunch of shit running around in your blood to do amazing things to you body.
