Confused re peptides, GH, etc... Help!

I'm 44, 5'8" 192, little fat around midsection but not a belly. Was training hard thru divorce, but now i've got chronic tennis elbow and a nagging shoulder, but since laying off for several mths it's good enough to get back to it. Been on around 200mg test e weekly for about a year, acne is a pain but i can live with it. Got plenty aromitase and another AI, and HCG, Sustanon be here soon.

Curious about hgh, if it would help w/ the tendon issues i have / nagging injuries. Also interested in the 'anti aging' properties of it, skin improvements, etc... Then i read about all the other peptides and made me realize i don't know shit.

Basically would like to lean up more (can do w/ diet), add lean muscle, FEEL GOOD, and look good. Was going to ramp up the Sust to 400mg/wk (twice weekly 200mg) and the hcg 500iu twice a week, and then HGH, peptides???:confused:
 
you'd be better off shooting SUST more than 2x a week. Thats going to yoyo your levels up and down (since its got the prop ester in it). I shoot prop every day since doing anything else (Every Other day for instance) causes noticeably more side effects (acne, hairloss, etc).

general rule...more stable test levels = less side effects (all things being equal)

I did the peptides and GH thang for at least 4 months. I don't believe I saw much if anything - but those dang confounding variables - DVDs also being viewed concurrently. I do know that in my sample size of 1, nothing beats 200mg of Deca for joint pain. And 50mg of provirion for feeling good. I'm 46.

So, pin the Sust every other day, think that will be more stable, or maybe stable enough to minimize the bad sides? Anyone think 200 of Deca / wk is a good idea to stack w/ the Sust? I'm not looking to get really big, and i know there's no magic to injecting, it's just a booster of sorts. I have kept my test injections down as my shoulder/elbow have kept me from lifting, and getting sober for the past 8 mths my cravings for sugar and food have been off the chain. I am ready to bump it up and start back, feel i'm in a 'place' to clean my diet up. Like i said, mainly looking to feel better, lean out, and put on about 15-20lbs of lean muscle. reckon i need to re-up w/ Phil, but $ has been tight w/ me being self employed in this economy...
