protein powders.
i want to start adding more powders in my diet to replace some of the meats. i want to get something like 100-200g of protein from powders daily. which type of protein powders and brands do you guys trust.

Pisses me off too rAJ! People show up over here, get free advice whether it be geared towards their own specific question or just the search feature and then go ahead and post up links to some other inferior company who has no sponsorship here...Whether they realize it or not, that's really just plain disrespectful...They'll claim ignorance.
