hgh mixing help

i have 400 ius of hgh on the way,they are in 4iu vials.how much and what type of water do i mix per vial.i plan on starting with 4ius every day.i plan on getting 29ga. 1/2" pins ..should this be injected in the leanest area possible on the abdomen? this area is where i always put on fat and it might not be so easy to put in a lean area.also whats the best time of day?

I would use 1ml per 4 iu vial.
