to me, its crazy i can gain 20 pounds in just a month alone from quiting smoking, but it would take me almost 3 months to take that weight off. i really dont know about the truth of the atkins diet shedding 15 pounds in 2 weeks, but if it does (that means for me following the plan to a tee) then im all for it. so at this time im off aas, my last cycle(was my first cycle) was in june. i achieved nice gains (prob would have done better if i had not been a smoker), but now with the not smoking, and slacking (had pneumonia ) ive gained what seems to be 40 pounds of bf.

i did research on clen, but most responses i see is it worked great for me etc etc, not what it did exactly. like how did it make you feel. at this point i feel i can sacrifice some muscle to lose this body fat, im just trying to figure the most affective way to go about it with a good diet. now if i can include deca, to the diet( to help aleave my knee pains) that would be great.

i more thing, i would looove to hire alex to help me out, but at this time i cannot afford his services. but i have to do something now, so i hope i can get some help from the members here who have been in my situation.
 
Stay away from Atkins. If you feel you need a diet that is mass produced then go with south beach, it would be a better choice but im not talking about all their premade food just the idea thats in the book about ratios of protein, carbs, fat. Tons off info on the site so I think if you do some seacrches you can find the info you need and want. Stay away from clen. Its very strong and should only be used by someone who knows what he's doing. It should only be used for contest prep in my opinion. Don't look for a quick fix. Consistant diet, cardio, and training is the answer.
