First run with HGH, started late February 13. I used Hygetropin 16iu/daily x 4weeks. Sides were too much so I brought it down to 8iu/daily. Coming on 4 months now, I'm satisfied with the results. Increased vascularity, and more lean. Down side is water retention and CTS.

That couldn't of been cheap 16 iu a day. Woow

I am on 2.5 iu kefie. Just started last week got great dreams so far.

No it wasn't but you do what you have to do ! I started 10iu kefei 7/15 bid morning and after workout or pre-workout and before bed . Not sure what is better however I'm very lean and can see body transformations .

Not going to debate, but GH doesn't build muscle. No need to go crazy with massive doses and throw money down the toilet. Higher dose means more side effects (and they'll come on faster.

15-20IU ed hgh with high dose of Aas wil produce more muscle mass and more fatloss IMO

Show me a study that shows that GH causes gains in actual muscle mass and I'll be happy to convert to your camp. Anecdotal evidence doesn't suffice. There's no way you would know it's actually muscle.

They use it because someone told them to or because people think it works.

I think they should study it again, but now on people who train + eat instead of wasting HIV patients. They should have a group only using testosteron, only using 10iu hgh, a group using testosteron + 10iu hgh and a control group using nothing.
Also they should research this for at least 1 year cause the new created cells need time to grow.

Admittedly. I know little. But to just point out the obvious.... Not rocket science that GH ADDS muscle... Look at the pros when they get there card and years later... What do u think increased.? I'd bet 5iu got bumped to 10-15iu... Not just 1500 jumped to 2gm of test....
Pakulski...fouad... Ect ect. There's a reason they ADDED 30# muscle.. its not food..

I don't understand how anybody can say growth hormone does not build muscle. Everybody always talks about these scientific studies which have no correlation to bodybuilders. You want a study look at the difference from bodybuilders of the golden era compared to now what better scientific study do you need? Bodybuilders today are substantially bigger, now thats not to say other factors didn't come into play but it seems pretty obvious that the introduction of growth hormone and insulin were the biggest contributing factors to the mass monsters of today.

It must be some sort of synergistic effect that when added in with all the other right drugs something awesome happens. Run it alone I'm sure most won't be happy.

Wooohooo broscientists for the win!

They've tested GH in high doses on individuals who are HIV- and who are lifting weights. Still no muscle growth. None. And they've done boatloads of testing with GH in studies on many different populations and with high doses. Adding AAS won't magically change how GH works. This board...oh boy.

Let's try actually reading for a change instead of making assumptions based on correlation.

Continue to waste your money and throw away your health on ridiculous doses of GH in an attempt to gain muscle.

No actually I am pretty sure the biggest factor is AAS dosing, but even that doesn't matter. They've studied GH plenty and it doesn't add muscle to any population in any dose so far. Seriously, do people read or just sit around speculating?
