Prolactin would be the only sex hormone that may be elevated. Some studies have stated that TT has rising post sex....I'm not certian if this is true in all cases

Your body isnt releasing testosteron by itself anymore so probably nothing what you do will influance the bloodtest

edit: Oh wait, is this test to check how your levels are on trt? or before trt?
