I watched the video and thought no way is he just a gym rat. I did like the girl stretching in the smith machine not even bothering to look at him. So much for trying to impress women with your feats of strength.

495 is good weight no matter what kind of squat it is but 495 lbs front quat is amazing. i don't even do front squats. it feels awkward to me.
