Viking,isn't the test cyp 250mg/ml .the ones I used the bottles said 250.
 
Thanks for starting this Viking..I will be on here documenting my training and more importantly the dvds..One thing I don't do is detail my meals but give the macros. I am here to answer questions so if you guys have any shoot!?:)
Secondly I also want to take a second and mention this.I told Viking and I will just mention so there is no confusion. I was sponsored by Halo,but no longer am.In fact a very well deserving guy got that.I am moving forward into a New Year and hopefully it is better than last year..
I will start these today and get back on here to report the details along with training ..I rarely use Test cyp or npp,so I figured the results should be good.

Ok...so until I get a new device or devices I have a hard time posting pics.But I did take a pic of the dvds ..pretty good looking product!
My thought was to take them on training days due how quick npp works. Home with the fam today so I will start tomm..One of each Sat,Tues, and Thursday..and go from there.

I finally got this rolling.
supps:
To start with..
600 mg test cyp a week
600 mg npp a week
(Saturday)
I took 200 of each today,smooth and painless.Very easy to draw up.
Nutrition :
300 protein
200 carbs
130 fats
Just trying to adjust after all the crazy holiday eating.
Training :
Chest, shoulders, tris
Back.,bi's
legs
I will add days as needed ..
 
I haven't trained since the week before Christmas,so nothing crazy.I forgot how much I like npp! Lol!
As I move forward my training and nutrition will change as my recovery gets better!
I may bump things up as we go too!

Sample Chest,shoulders and tris:
incline BB:
315 for 8.ss
decline db press :
110s for 12.ss
Wg upright rows:
105 for 12.ss
seated db laterals:
40s for 21.ss
Dips:
Bw for 10.ss

Ss-straight set
Rp-rest pause

I did not include my warm ups and didn't do any extreme stretching today.
 
Ok..just another update. Like Mike said I can't really tell I even did a shot.Not sore at all.I felt like the npp gives a decent boost during training.
I know I said I would train:
Sat
Tues
Thursday
But being out for the holidays I decided to train again today.I also did 200 mg of each again today.

Sample back/bi's:
Rack chins:
2 sets of 10 just bw.ss
Low pulley high pulls:
110 for 20.ss
BB rows:
315 for 8.ss
225 for 12.ss
machine curls:
110 for 10.ss
hammer curls:
60s for 10.ss

I didn't include my warm ups.I did do my xtreme stretching today!

I weighed 261 today..I am not really trying to put on tons of bodyweight, but get leaner while trying to maintain my bodyweight.I am sure I will put on a bit of extra weight though! :)
 
So its Monday morning, no pip or soreness today.I did one of each Saturday and one of each on Sunday. The npp works quick due to the short ester,felt like I could feel it during training.
 
Ok..I took yesterday off,but definately ready to keep things rolling this week..
I started on Saturday,but I feel today I could start feeling things come back to life.I was only out of the gym for 10 days though.lol!nonetheless I took 200/200 again today.I will mention the smoothness again and next day no soreness ..

I weighed 263 this am..

Nutrition will remain the same and loose until I pay my coach..I may play with it some,but the focus now is eating enough..But I really don't plan to blow up and get chubby.In fact I got some fat to get rid of now.

Standing calf raise:
185 for 24.rp
seated leg curls:
120 for 12.ss
plate loaded single leg leg curl:
55 for 20.ss
Smith squat:
315 for 12.ss
leg press:
6 pps for 22.ss
adductor :
140 for 15.ss

Didn't include my warm ups here..no xtreme stretching today.
just glad to be training legs..crazy to think my surgery wasn't that long ago!
