So excited for this journey. I just completed my first day of training on my way to single digit body fat. I did chest today and decided to go heavy on bench and then I used higher reps (8-12) to chase the pump. I am still tweaking my diet and currently sit at 3500 calories and 300 carbs focused around my workout . I will continue to alter throughout the process. Good luck to everyone on their missions.
