Help with email and web security URGENT

Guys, my ex has created some type of hack on my accounts. What's the safest email also does the router help. She used to have 2 different wifi signals one was a VPN. She could barely afford her bills sometime, but has friends who are hackers helping. I have to be able to contact a sponsor.

I like StartMail for safety and yes, a router will help, but you must have a complicated password.
A good hacker will get into your computer anyway.

You could also use TOR Tails, and then use one of the email providers listed above while using the TOR browser. I like securenym.

But with Tails, you boot your PC up with a CD or USB drive, and the OS is Linux based.

When you shutdown, it erases everything. Not 100% hack proof, but you have the benefit of using numerous proxies, and no trail afterwards.

What is Linux based. What is Linux? She has created a back door by registering an google account under my last an,e then first name. My real one is first and last, but nobody would ever believe differently. Then it's been setup to be the backup password retriever so even if I reset it she accesses it. I keep getting these security alerts that let me know whenever the password gets switched too frequently, or when it is accessed from an unfamiliar location. Half the time it is her and the other half it says Linux accessed. She has even been evesdropping on my regular conversations, not phone calls through the microphone on the phone. Even while it is in sleep modes. There seems to be some indication that the gps feature shows someone tracking my movements too. I was tracked to a hotel room that me and another girl were rendezvousing at. It's getting super creepy as there is a legal battle currently involved between us (unrelated). I know she has my Facebook messenger signed into on her iPhone, but can't get her out of It without closing out the account. I'm worried that she shit runs deeper than this.
