I left the house without my food yesterday so my consumption was

1 loaf of ezekiel bread
10 packets of tuna
3 rice cakes
3 tablspns peanut butter
romaine lettuce with about 5 tablspn of bolthouse yogurt dressing
6 gelatin/jello cups - 1g of protein each...no carbs/fat(5 calories)

*these are my "emergency" foods I keep in the work fridge
 
yesterday

meal 1: 2 scoops whey isolate from true nutrition, 1/4 cup raw organic walnuts
meal 2 and 4: 3 free range eggs, two slices wheat & flax toast (zero sugar), 1 slice grass fed swiss cheese (egg sandwich) and 1 tbsp whey from Synthepure
meal 3 and 5: 12oz grass fed beef (90% lean)

veggie shakes with 2 meals, organic berries added to one of the shakes.
 
250 gm cottage cheese low fat
40 gm whey iso 97
3 crushed rich english tea time biscuits low carb
dates syurp no added sugar drizzled on top

a usual day...

I snack on fruits and like a diet soda a day but here is kinda how a typical day is....

This is a pretty typical breakfast for me lately:
Meal 1
3 whole cage free eggs
4-5 turkey sausage links
fruit (watermelon or strawberry or grapefruit, oranges, are the usual)

Meal 2
steak
asparagus or spinach

Meal 3
cottage cheese w/ fruit

POST WK OUT SHAKE: 1.5 scoop whey, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk

Meal 4
cod or chicken
white rice or potatoes
veggie stir fry with the rice

Meal 5
chicken fajitas: low carb tortillas, picante, cheese

Meal 6
this is where it can start falling apart.... sometimes half a box of cereal, 4-5 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and honey (so good lol).... I will eat all the candy in the house if there is any.... oh, Eggo waffles I will sometimes eat the whole box.... basically I will eat anything I can find that is as close to crap food as possible (prob is we don't have much of that in the house so bread, honey, pb is used in creative ways lol)

Curious but how often do you drink like that post workout? I found a great article by an MD/bodybuilder

summary: drinking on juice won't really effect your gains much unless you realllly take it to the extreme
 
Meal 1- 50 grams protein, fish oil, fiber

Then I prep the rest of my meals now that I am home again and can actually do this right.

Current plan


Meal 1(5:00)
6 whole eggs + 1 cup egg whites , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar


Meal 2 (8:00)
10oz chicken/trukey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon olive oil , little vinergar , salt , pepper mixed to make a dressing

Meal 3 (11:00)
4oz free range round beef (80/20%) , 6oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 12 asparagus spears , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper , 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Meal 4 (2:30)
10oz Cod , 8 ounces sweet potatoes

Intra shake (4:30)
2 scoops Intra MD

Post workout (6:30)
50 grams whey isolate , 60g HBCD


Meal 5 (7:30)
8oz flank steak , 10 ounces sweet potatoes


Meal 6 (10:00)
Two scoops team skip , 1 tablespoon cashew/walnut butter

your welcome mate. catch a flight to london heathrow airport. I will make u loads lol. Bigdog it tastes and looks like a dirty and filthy dessert u will have in a restaurant lol

I am the guy who never EVER orders a desert when eating out cos I really do not feel like having one. I am full already and it almost feels illegal to have simple sugars on top.

Now if we home I could throw a donut in a 50 gram sticky pudding mix made from casein (miceller) and water ( reallt really sticky thick sludge not watery at all) not thats not a illegal activity :headbang:
 
My diet is usually like this: (weekend)
1.
5 -6 omega 3 eggs in EVOO with 20 grams liquid egg whites
2-3 links of turkey sausage or lean beef
2 ezekiel toast with smart balance butter or almond butter
cream of rice with sugar free syrup

2.
6 oz lean grass fed beef
veggies
baked pot or brown rice

3.
2 chicken breasts
greens salad with olive oil dressing
Brown Rice

4.
24 raw almonds
pineapple

5.
powdered muscle drink from TN with added BCAA's and Glutamine
before during after
workout
powo
50 gram egg whites
cream of rice with organic honey

6.
8 oz lean grass fed beef
veggies
baked pot or brown rice

7.
2 chicken breasts
brocolli
Greens salad with evOO
 
I generally have 2 protein drinks, a little fruit, and protein bar during the day, and eat pretty much what I want at night. I have been able to maintain my weight and waist for long time now. Its not the best way, but works for me. :)

well....everybody was down at the pool...
so im like a hermet crab...veeeeery elusive...
i only come out when no ones expecting it...
i like the wow factor....so i stayed in and im
grillin some wings and havin some beers..

few times a week...

i googled it said ..

Black and Tan is a beer cocktail made by layering a pale beer (usually pale ale) and a dark beer (usually stout).

we have guinness in uk but that i quite dark black colour. I like guinness sometimes.
