High fat/low carb vs High Carb/low fat for Natural.
What do you think is best for a natural trainee? Not using AAS.
One personal trainer highly regard said that if you dont use AAS.
High Fat is where its at.
Im currently on High Fat/low carb diet. Feel good, Balls are big. Feel manly.
I just dont know if high carb/low fat is better?
High Fat/low carb
-Whole eggs
-Full fat beef
-Whole milk 3.25%
Low fat/high carb
-Eggwhite
-Chicken breast
-Skim milk
The trainer said to have and edge over AAS user, you must eat High Fat as a natural trainee. Otherwise if your natural with High Carb/low fat your going to feel like shit...
